Designed from 6061 T6 billet aluminum for superior strength, the Fidanza flywheel for the 07-09 MS3 is CNC machined for perfect balance and fully SFI certified. The stock MS3 26lb flywheel is a dual-mass design, which feels great in a stock car but adds a considerable amount of rotational mass to the crankshaft, robbing modified MS3 owners of horsepower and torque. Fidanza's single mass aluminum flywheel weighs in at only 11lbs. shaving off over 15 lbs. of rotational mass, allowing for quicker revs and faster acceleration. Because of the single-mass design, this flywheel will be compatible with any aftermarket sprung or unsprung clutch kit, giving you many more clutch upgrade options. The Fidanza flywheel also features a replacable friction surface, so you will never have to get this flywheel resurfaced.
