SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Items are processed the same day product is ordered and money is accepted.

Orders sometimes ship from multiple locations for the sake of speed and convenience, therefore you may receive parts of your order at separate times.

"$9.95 Shipping" applies to the 48 Continental U.S. States. For All Alaska and Hawaii orders, $23.95 shipping applies. Shipping method is Fedex ground. If air shipping is need, please email or call us for a shipping quote.

REFUND, RETUNRS, AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, clutch kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts. Other items can be returned within 10 after product was received. Item must be brand new and still in the orginal package. 15-25% restocking fee. (Depending on item) There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on any item that is listed as "special order." Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; settlement of all claims is subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE

GotBoostinc is not responsible for manufactured defective products. Defective products will be dealt with in regard to the manufacturer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Absolutely no refunds on any International orders. Paypal is accepted for payment.

The fastest and easiest way to contact us is by either email or phone. Simply leave us with your contact information if you are contacting by phone.

"Find a better price and we'll beat it" POLICY:

We will price match or beat any competitor as long as the competitor has the same item in stock and ready to ship. Competitor's price must be the total price including shipping and tax.

A NOTE ABOUT ONLINE ORDERS AND TIME SENSITIVITY: When orders are placed online it is assumed that the order is not time sensitive. As a customer, you are welcome to call or email to check stock and availability before ordering. General availability statements are also located on the order invoice page after you have placed your order. We have done our best to make these statements as accurate as possible, but do not offer the statement as a guarantee. Based on this, any wait under 2 business weeks (10 days) for shipment is deemed acceptable. This means that an online order for an item that is out of stock for 2 weeks or less will be kept. Online orders for items backordered longer than 2 weeks will be cancelled automatically, UNLESS it is noted to be a "special order" item," (in which case there are no cancellations, exchanges or returns) or there is a longer time frame noted on the webpage for the product. If we cancel a backordered product on your order, we will generally ship the other items, unless they are directly related to the omitted item.
